Charles COULOMBE  was born 16 November 1795 in L'Islet, Québec, Canada (L'Islet-sur-Mer) (Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Secours).  Charles died 30 January 1886 in St-Eugène, L'Islet, Quebec, Canada.  Charles was the child of Clement COULOMBE and Ursule DUVAL.
