Thomas  married  Angelique ASTRUC dite SANSCARTIER 1 October 1793 in L'Assomption, Lower Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Angelique ASTRUC dite SANSCARTIER  was born 20 March 1774 in L'Assomption, Québec, Canada (St-Pierre-du-Portage).  Angelique died 14 August 1807 in Saint-Jacques, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jacques-de-Montcalm) (Saint Jacques de l’Achigan).  Angelique was the child of Alexis ASTRUC dit SANSCARTIER and Charlotte COGNARD.

Thomas POLIQUIN died 15 March 1808 in Saint-Jacques, Lower Canada .
