Francois BEDARD  was born 20 December 1722 in Charlesbourg, Québec, Québec, Canada (Bourg Royal).  Francois died 15 March 1776 in Charlesbourg, Québec, Québec, Canada (Bourg Royal).  Francois was the child of Thomas BÉDARD and Jeanne-Francoise HUPPE.
