Charles  married  Charlotte MONTRET (MONTRAIS) 8 January 1754 in Detroit, French Settlement (now Michigan) .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Charlotte MONTRET (MONTRAIS)  was born 2 April 1735 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  Charlotte died 24 July 1773 in Detroit, Michigan, USA.  Charlotte was the child of Rene-Etienne MONTRET (MONTRAY) and Charlotte JUILLET.

Charles CAMPEAU died 24 December 1785 in Detroit, French Settlement (now Michigan).
