Damien BOUCHARD  was born 4 November 1803 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Damien died 15 March 1840 in Saint-Urbain, Charlevoix, Québec, Canada.  Damien was the child of Jean-Baptiste BOUCHARD and Elisabeth GAUTHIER.
