Adele-Adeline FORTIN  was born abt. 1829 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Adele-Adeline died 24 May 1902 in Chicoutimi, Québec, Canada (Arvida) (Saguenay).  Adele-Adeline was the child of René FORTIN and Marie TREMBLAY.
