Victor PELLETIER  was born 15 February 1806 in La Pocatière, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere).  Victor died 22 January 1877 in Beaumont, Québec, Canada (Saint-Étienne-de-Beaumont).  Victor was the child of Joseph PELLETIER and Marie-Geneviève DIGÉ.
