Charles  married  Scholastique HEBERT 19 January 1750 in Port Royal, Acadia .  Scholastique HEBERT  was born 15 June 1728 in Annapolis Royal, Annapolis, Nova Scotia, Canada (Port Royal, Acadia).  Scholastique died 14 March 1751 in Annapolis Royal, Annapolis, Nova Scotia, Canada (Port Royal, Acadia).  Scholastique was the child of Alexandre HÉBERT and Marie DUPUIS.

Charles GAUDET died abt. 1805 in L'Assomption, Lower Canada .
