Elle épouse Jacques Aubuchon dit Le Loyal, fils de Jean Aubuchon et Catherine LeMarchand en 1670. Jacques Aubuchon dit Le Loyal, Marguerite Itas, Jacques Aubuchon, Pierre Aubuchon, Marguerite Aubuchon et Jeanne Aubuchon vivaient en 1681 à Cap-de-la-Madeleine, Mauricie, Québec, Canada, Jacques Aubuchon dit Le Loyal possédait deux fusils, dix bêtes à cornes et trente arpents de terre en valeur 1. Elle est inhumée le 28 octobre 1689 à Trois-Rivières, Mauricie"
