Alexis  married  Françoise PIETTE (PIET) dite TREMPE 6 September 1756 in Berthierville, Canada, New France .  Françoise PIETTE (PIET) dite TREMPE  was born abt. 1735 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Françoise died 14 March 1807 in Sainte-Élisabeth, Québec, Canada (Ste-Elisabeth).  Françoise was the child of Jean-Baptiste PIETTE (PIET) dit TREMPE and Marie-Françoise PELLETIER dite ANTAYA.

Alexis CHRÉTIEN died 18 August 1806 in Joliette, Lower Canada .
