Joseph  married  Marie-Agathe TURCOT 10 April 1752 in Saint-Pierre-les-Becquets, Canada, New France .  Marie-Agathe TURCOT  was born 11 October 1733 in Champlain, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-la-Visitation).  Marie-Agathe died 18 May 1789 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Nativité-de-Notre-Dame-de-Becancour) (Saint-Edouard-de-Gentilly).  Marie-Agathe was the child of Joseph-Antoine TURCOT (TURCOTTE) and Agathe ARSENAULT.

Joseph TOUSIGNANT died 17 September 1773 in Saint-Pierre-les-Becquets, Province of Québec, Canada.
