Jacques FOURNIER dit DESILETS  was born 4 January 1711 in Beaumont, Québec, Canada (Saint-Étienne-de-Beaumont).  Jacques died 16 August 1779 in Lauzon, Lévis, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-la-Pointe-de-Lévy).  Jacques was the child of Jacques FOURNIER and Marie-Francoise BLANCHON.
