Étienne FRECHETTE  was born 14 December 1716 in Charlesbourg, Québec, Québec, Canada (Bourg Royal).  Étienne died 15 January 1798 in Chambly, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Chambly).  Étienne was the child of Jacques FRECHETTE and Marie-Françoise SARAZIN dite DEPELTEAU.
