Pierre-Basile CHARLAND dit FRANCOEUR  was born 29 June 1745 in Saint-Pierre-les-Becquets, Québec, Canada.  Pierre-Basile died 27 March 1798 in Deschaillons, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean-Deschaillons).  Pierre-Basile was the child of Joseph-Marie CHARLAND dit FRANCOEUR and Thérèse-Louise MAILLOT.
