Felicite MEILLEUR  was born 16 November 1797 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  Felicite died 5 June 1840 in Saint-Eustache, Québec, Canada.  Felicite was the child of Jean-Baptiste MEILLEUR and Thérèse BOUCHER.
