Charles-Joseph DESHAIES dit ST-CYR  was born 12 August 1723 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Nativité-de-Notre-Dame-de-Becancour) (Saint-Edouard-de-Gentilly).  Charles-Joseph died 4 July 1796 in Bécancour, Nicolet, Québec, Canada (Nativité-de-Notre-Dame-de-Becancour) (Saint-Edouard-de-Gentilly).  Charles-Joseph was the child of Pierre DESHAYES (DESHAIES) dit ST-CYR and Josephte MOREAU.
