Marie-Regis MOREAU  was born 13 September 1733 in La Pocatière, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere).  Marie-Regis died 31 August 1793 in Saint-André, Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (St-Andre).  Marie-Regis was the child of Jean-Francois-Ignace MOREAU and Anne DIONNE.

Benjamin  married  (2) Charlotte LECLERC dite FRANCOEUR 10 August 1795 in Rivière-Ouelle, Lower Canada .  Charlotte LECLERC dite FRANCOEUR  was born 26 October 1744 in La Pocatière, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere).  Charlotte died 2 November 1807 in Saint-André, Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (St-Andre).  Charlotte was the child of Joachim LECLERC and Catherine SOUCY.

Benjamin  married  (3) Marie COTE 25 September 1809 in L'Isle-Verte, Lower Canada .  Marie COTE  was born abt. 1741 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Marie died 1 June 1817 in Cacouna, Québec, Canada (Saint-Georges-de-Cacouna).  Marie was the child of Nicolas CÔTÉ and Marie-Claude LEVASSEUR.

Benjamin MICHAUD died 23 July 1815 in Saint-André, Kamouraska, Lower Canada .
