Jean-Baptiste VIGEANT dit TAUPIER  was born 14 June 1720 in Chambly, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Chambly).  Jean-Baptiste died 4 June 1799 in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (Pointe-Olivier).  Jean-Baptiste was the child of Jean VIGEANT dit TAUPIER and Marie-Anne PERRIER dite OLIVIER.

Charlotte BESSETTE (BESSET) died 6 May 1801 in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Lower Canada .
