Jean-Baptiste TREMBLAY  was born 23 December 1714 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Jean-Baptiste died 24 October 1789 in Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-la-Petite-Rivière).  Jean-Baptiste was the child of Michel TREMBLAY and Geneviève-Marie BOUCHARD.
