Jean-Guillaume  married  Madeleine SIMONEAU 22 November 1784 in Saint-Henri, Province of Québec, Canada .  Madeleine SIMONEAU  was born 29 May 1758 in Lauzon, Lévis, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-la-Pointe-de-Lévy).  Madeleine died 2 October 1826 in Sainte-Marie, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marie-de-Beauce).  Madeleine was the child of Pierre-Noel-Rene SIMONEAU and Madeleine SAMSON.

Jean-Guillaume DUPERRON died 2 March 1831 in Saint-Henri, Lower Canada .
