Michel-Ignace DIZY dit MONTPLAISIR  was born 20 June 1726 in Sorel, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre).  Michel-Ignace died 27 April 1793 in La Visitation-de-l'Île-Dupas, Québec, Canada (Isle Dupas).  Michel-Ignace was the child of Ignace DIZY dit MONTPLAISIR and Marie-Anne BRISSET (BRISSETTE).
