Marie-Charlotte  married  Joseph ÉTHIER 5 August 1799 in Repentigny, Lower Canada .  Joseph ÉTHIER  was born 18 March 1779 in Terrebonne, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis-de-Terrebonne).  Joseph was the child of Claude ÉTHIER and Louise-Amable FILIATRAULT.

Marie-Charlotte FOUCAULT died 14 September 1849 in Lachine, Montréal, Canada East .
