Paul  married  Marie-Anne-Reine BRAZEAU 23 February 1767 in Sainte-Geneviève, Province of Québec, Canada .  Marie-Anne-Reine BRAZEAU  was born 15 March 1749 in Oka, Québec, Canada (Mission du Lac-des-Deux-Montagnes).  Marie-Anne-Reine died 23 April 1812 in Saint-Eustache, Québec, Canada.  Marie-Anne-Reine was the child of Paul BRAZEAU and Marie-Anne-Jeanne HÉRY dite DUPLANTY.

Paul ETHIER died 26 December 1820 in Saint-Eustache, Lower Canada.
