Alexis  married  Marie-Reine PELLETIER 11 January 1751 in La Pocatière, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Marie-Reine PELLETIER  was born 23 July 1733 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Marie-Reine died 29 March 1792 in La Pocatière, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatiere).  Marie-Reine was the child of Guillaume PELLETIER and Françoise JEAN.

Alexis THIBOUTOT died 13 September 1799 in La Pocatière, Lower Canada .
