Joseph  married  Angélique CHARPENTIER 1 March 1756 in Maskinongé, Canada, New France .  Angélique CHARPENTIER  was born 12 June 1736 in Contrecœur, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Trinité-de-Contrecoeur).  Angélique died 27 July 1813 in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (Pointe-Olivier).  Angélique was the child of François CHARPENTIER and Marie-Anne THIBAULT.

Joseph BIRON died 21 November 1762 in Berthierville, Canada .
