Joseph  married  Charlotte LAVOIE 9 January 1751 in Saint-Joachim, Montmorency, Canada, New France .  Charlotte LAVOIE  was born 19 July 1724 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Charlotte died 12 June 1805 in Baie-Saint-Paul, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul-de-Baie-Saint-Paul).  Charlotte was the child of François-Xavier LAVOIE and Marie-Marguerite SAVARD.

Joseph POULIN died 21 June 1803 in Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, Lower Canada .
