Michel  married  Angelique TARDIF 29 January 1753 in Lauzon, Lévis, Canada, New France .  Angelique TARDIF  was born 31 May 1731 in Sainte-Foy, Québec, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-Foy).  Angelique died 19 November 1814 in Saint-Henri, Québec, Canada (Saint-Henri-de-Lauzon).  Angelique was the child of Pierre TARDIF and Geneviève BLOUIN.

Michel GUAY died 12 October 1818 in Québec, Lower Canada .
