Andre BLAIS  was born 2 April 1746 in Berthier-sur-Mer, Québec, Canada (Berthier-en-Bas) (Berthier).  Andre was the child of Augustin BLAIS and Madeleine FORTIER.

Marie-Anne LECOUR died 29 April 1814 in Québec, Lower Canada .
