Josephte  married  Andre LACOSTE dit LANGUEDOC 22 August 1768 in Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu, Province of Québec, Canada .  Andre LACOSTE dit LANGUEDOC  was born 9 September 1739 in Chambly, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-Chambly).  Andre died 26 June 1809 in Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada.  Andre was the child of Jean-Baptiste LACOSTE and Madeleine PINEAU (PINEAULT).

Josephte CASAVANT died 7 August 1816 in Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu, Lower Canada.
