Francoise MATTEAU was the child of Pierre MATAUT (MATTEAU)   and   Scholastique TOUPIN dite DUSAULT and the grandchild of: (paternal)  Jean MATAUT (MATTEAU) and Gabrielle GAGNON (maternal)  Jean-Baptiste TOUPIN dit DUSAULT and Madeleine MÉZERAY

Francoise  married  Jean CHAMBERLAND 7 November 1757 in La Durantaye, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 4 children.
Jean CHAMBERLAND  was born abt. 1707 in Québec Province, Canada (Quebec).  Jean was the child of Ignace CHAMBERLAND and Marie-Madeleine RONDEAU.

Francoise MATTEAU died 13 July 1807 in Verchères, Lower Canada .
