François GAREAU dit ST-ONGE  was born 21 April 1761 in Contrecœur, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Trinité-de-Contrecoeur).  François died 21 May 1816 in Saint-Ours, Québec, Canada (Immaculée-Conception).  François was the child of François-Marie GAREAU and Josephte MENARD.
