Marguerite DUPUIS  was born 20 August 1702 in La Prairie, Québec, Canada (St-Philippe) (St-Jean-François-Régis) (La Nativité).  Marguerite died 2 June 1774 in Boucherville, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-de-Boucherville).  Marguerite was the child of René DUPUIS and Angelique-Marie MARIER dite STE-MARIE.
