Francois  married  Marie FOISY 26 October 1778 in Verchères, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 1 child.
Marie FOISY  was born 28 September 1758 in Verchères, Québec, Canada (Saint-François-Xavier-de-Vercheres).  Marie died 9 November 1788 in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (Pointe-Olivier).  Marie was the child of Jean-Baptiste FOISY and Marguerite-Marie LEDOUX.

Francois  married  (2) Desanges PONTON 7 February 1791 in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Lower Canada .  Desanges PONTON  was born 25 July 1769 in L'Assomption, Québec, Canada (St-Pierre-du-Portage).  Desanges died 21 May 1809 in Marieville, Rouville, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marie-de-Monnoir).  Desanges was the child of Pierre-Andre PONTON dit ST-GERMAIN and Marie-Jeanne THOMAS dite BIGAOUETTE.

Francois  married  (3) Charlotte GUIGNARDA dite ST-GERMAIN 13 May 1816 in Chambly, Lower Canada .  Charlotte GUIGNARDA dite ST-GERMAIN  was born 8 August 1791 in Longueuil, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-Longueuil).  Charlotte was the child of Jean-Baptiste-Albert GUIGNARDA dit ST-GERMAIN and Marie-Charlotte PATENAUDE.

Francois RENAUD died 23 August 1822 in Marieville, Rouville, Lower Canada .
