Louis  married  Marie-Josephte RAJOTTE dite LANGEVIN 26 November 1792 in Varennes, Lower Canada .  Marie-Josephte RAJOTTE dite LANGEVIN  was born 9 July 1763 in La-Pérade, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Perade).  Marie-Josephte died 16 May 1832 in Varennes, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-Varennes).  Marie-Josephte was the child of Joseph RAJOTTE dit LANGEVIN and Marie-Josephe ROBERT dite ST-AMAND.

Louis CHARBONNEAU died 18 March 1819 in Varennes, Lower Canada .
