Barthelemy  married  Elisabeth GERVAIS 5 November 1781 in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu, Province of Québec, Canada .  The couple had (at least) 2 children.
Elisabeth GERVAIS  was born 5 July 1755 in La-Pérade, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Anne-de-la-Perade).  Elisabeth died 21 March 1827 in Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Québec, Canada (Saint-Jean-Baptiste-de-Rouville) .  Elisabeth was the child of Joseph GERVAIS and Marie-Renee-Anne GUIBAULT dite GRANDBOIS.

Barthelemy SICARD died 30 September 1822 in Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Lower Canada .
