Louis BERNIER dit RIGAUD  was born 28 November 1726 in Cap-St-Ignace, Québec, Canada (Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola).  He died 22 November 1813 in Cap-St-Ignace, Québec, Canada (Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola).  He was the son of Jacques BERNIER and Elisabeth GUAY.
