Biography
Nicolas, fils, born at Minas in c1703, married Ursule, daughter of François Gautrot, probably at Pigiguit in c1735. He engaged in the coasting trade and settled at Port-Toulouse on Île Royale, today's Cape Breton Island, in the early 1750s, and there he died in c1755, on the eve of Le Grand Dérangement.
