Nicolas BARIAU (BARILLOT, BARRIEU, BARIAULT)  was born abt. 1703 in Acadia, Canada (Acadie).  Nicolas died abt. 1754 in Saint Peters, Richmond, Nova Scotia, Canada (Port Toulouse, Acadia).  Nicolas was the child of Nicolas BARIAU (BARILLOT) (BARRIEU) (BARIAULT) and Martine HÉBERT.
