Jean-Baptiste CHARTIER  was born 1 May 1726 in Rivière-des-Prairies, Montréal, Québec, Canada (Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rivière-des-Prairies)*.  Jean-Baptiste died 12 October 1804 in L'Acadie, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Marguerite-de-Blairfindie).  Jean-Baptiste was the child of John (Jean) CARTER (CHARTIER) and Marie COURTEMANCHE.
