François GATIGNON dit DUCHESNE  was born 11 October 1700 in Montréal, Québec, Canada (Sault-au-Récollet) (Côte-St-Michel) (Côte-St-Paul).  François died 28 July 1780 in Detroit, Michigan, USA.  François was the child of Léonard-Antoine GATIGNON dit DUCHESNE and Madeleine ARCOUET dite LAJEUNESSE.

Marie Josephe DAVID died 1 March 1793 in Detroit, French Settlement (now Michigan).
