Marie-Josephte died 21 September 1795 in L'Ancienne Lorette, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-de-l'Annonciation). Marie-Josephte was the child of Charles MARET (MARETTE) dit LEPINE and Marie-Charlotte GAGNON.
