Joseph  married  Marguerite DRAPEAU 11 October 1729 in Québec, Canada, New France .  Marguerite DRAPEAU  was born 22 January 1715 in Beaumont, Québec, Canada (Saint-Étienne-de-Beaumont).  Marguerite died 14 January 1733 in Québec, Québec, Canada (Quebec City).  Marguerite was the child of Jean-Baptiste DRAPEAU and Perrine LACROIX.

Joseph  married  (2) Marie-Anne LECOQ dite LAJEUNESSE 9 October 1741 in Sainte-Foy, Québec, Canada, New France .  Marie-Anne LECOQ dite LAJEUNESSE  was born 24 March 1718 in Québec, Québec, Canada (Quebec City).  Marie-Anne died 2 August 1755 in Québec, Québec, Canada (Quebec City).  Marie-Anne was the child of Pierre LECOQ dit LAJEUNESSE and Geneviève PIVIN.
