Joseph LEREAU (L'HERAULT)  was born 19 March 1792 in Charlesbourg, Québec, Québec, Canada (Bourg Royal).  Joseph died 19 August 1834 in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada (Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire, Saint-Hyacinthe-le-Confesseur).  Joseph was the child of Joseph LEREAU (L'HERAULT) and Angelique DESRANLEAU dite CHATEAUNEUF.
