François  married  Claire BADAILLAC dite LAPLANTE (BADAYAC) 9 May 1707 in Montréal, Canada, New France .  The couple had (at least) 14 children.
Claire BADAILLAC dite LAPLANTE (BADAYAC)  was born abt. 1686 in Sorel, Québec, Canada (Saint-Pierre).  Claire died 23 May 1731 in Longueuil, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-Longueuil).  Claire was the child of Louis BADAILLAC dit LAPLANTE (BADAYAC) and Catherine DE LALORE.

François  married  (2) Catherine POUPARD (POUPART) 18 February 1732 .  Catherine POUPARD (POUPART)  was born 13 April 1684 in La Prairie, Québec, Canada (St-Philippe) (St-Jean-François-Régis) (La Nativité).  Catherine died 2 February 1741 in Longueuil, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-Longueuil).  Catherine was the child of Pierre POUPARD (POUPART) and Marie-Marguerite PERRAS dite LAFONTAINE.

François  married  (3) Jeanne-Françoise RONCERAY 14 May 1742 in Longueuil, Canada, New France .  Jeanne-Françoise RONCERAY  was born 3 December 1674 in Boucherville, Québec, Canada (Sainte-Famille-de-Boucherville).  Jeanne-Françoise died 26 February 1761 in Longueuil, Québec, Canada (Saint-Antoine-de-Longueuil).  Jeanne-Françoise was the child of Jean RONCERAY dit LEBRETON and Jeanne SERVIGNAN.

François LANCTOT died 26 November 1763 in Montréal, Province of Québec, Canada .
