Francis J. Bourgarde, 86, formerly of 100 Front street, died at noon yesterday in Binghamton. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. William Drachler of Greene and Mrs. John Dundon of Chenango Forks; two sons, Lester F. Bourgarde of York, Pa., and Henry Bourgarde of Hillcrest; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. John LaPointe of Charlotte, N.C. and Mrs. Lester Merritt, Sr., of Carbondale, Pa., and several nieces and nephews. He was a member of Christ Episcopal Church; St. Mark's Lodge; 1001, F&AM; Otseningo Scottish Rite Consistory and Kalurah Shrine. He was a retired Delaware and Hudson engineer, for which he worked 55 years. The body was removed to the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home, 71 Main Street, where friends may call from 7 to 9 tonight and from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.


BOURGARDE—The funeral of Francis J. Bourgarde win be held at Christ Episcopal Church Saturday at 10 a.m. The Rev. Condit N. Eddy will officiate. Burial will be in Sylvan Lawn Cemetery, Greene. Friends may call at the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home, 71 Main St., today from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. St. Mark's Lodge 1101 F&AM will conduct Masonic Services this evening at 8 at the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home.
