Mr and Mrs Henry Kaiser Honored
On Anniversary
Family Party is Planned This Evening - Congratulated by Friends During Day

Mr and Mrs Henry Kaiser of Smith street are today observing the 57th anniversary of their marriage. Mr and Mrs Kaiser were married June 20, 1878 at the Congregational parsonage in this town. Both have been Adams residents all of their lives.

Mr Kaiser was employed for a number of years as overseer at the Arnold Lumber company after which he became an engineer in the jacquard mill of the former Refrew Manufacturing company. he later assumed the same position in Berkshire mill No. 3 where he worked for 30 years, until his retirement two years ago. Following his retirement from the Berkshire mill Mr Kaiser was employed in the capacity of supervising engineer in the Adams Brothers' mill until forced to leave last year on account of illness.

Mr Kaiser is a member of the Masons and Mrs Kaiser belongs to the Order of the Eastern Star.

The couple have three children: Mrs Walter Horn and Howard C Kaiser of this town and Robert C Kaiser of Detroit, Mich.; five grand children, Mrs. Douglas Plunkett, Miss Pauline Horn, Robert Horn and Miss Leona Kaiser of this town and Robert Kaiser of Detroit. Mr and Mrs Kaiser also have five great-grandchildren, all of the children of Robert Horn of this town.

Mr and Mrs Kaiser are celebrating the day quietly and will be honored at their home this evening by a small group of relatives and intimate friends.
