Nicolas  married  Agathe RATTÉ (RATE) 15 February 1751 in Sainte-Famille-de-l'île-d'Orléans, Canada, New France .  Agathe RATTÉ (RATE)  was born 7 September 1716 in Saint-Pierre-de-l'Île-d'Orléans, Québec, Canada.  Agathe died 31 May 1777 in Sainte-Famille-de-l'île-d'Orléans, Québec, Canada.  Agathe was the child of Guillaume RATTÉ and Marie-Madeleine NOLIN.

Nicolas FORTIER died 23 April 1761 in Québec, Canada .
