Étienne ALBERT  was born 24 January 1737 in Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (Saint-Louis) (Saint-Alexandre).  Étienne died 25 March 1814 in Saint-André, Kamouraska, Québec, Canada (St-Andre).  Étienne was the child of François ALBERT and Marie-Josephte BOUCHER.
