Biography
'Finally, Joseph Carpentier, the youngest, offered his heart to Marie-Louise Sevigny. The couple had 8 children; after the death of Marie-Louise in October 1728, he was remarried, to Marie Beland, on 9 November 1729. Three more children were given to him. On 31 May 1735, Joseph was laid to rest in the consecrated land of the cemetery of Saint-Augustin, near Quebec.'
