Louis MESSIER dit ST-FRANCOIS  was born 13 July 1763 in Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada.  Louis died 2 August 1815 in Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada.  Louis was the child of Francois MESSIER dit ST-FRANCOIS and Catherine DESLANDES dite CHAMPIGNY.
